Privacy
Short version: what you paste, type or drop into OG Prism is processed in your browser and is never sent to this site or anyone else by these tools.
What stays on your device
- HTML you paste or open is parsed by JavaScript in your browser. It is not uploaded or stored.
- Images you upload (to the preview, the image generator, the size checker or the favicon generator) are read and drawn in your browser. Files you download are created on your device.
- Your theme choice (light, dark or system) is saved in your browser’s local storage under
ogprism-theme. Nothing else is stored, and no cookies are set.
What your browser loads from other places
- Images named in your HTML or fields. To show and measure the
og:image, twitter:imageand favicon of a page you paste, your browser fetches those images from wherever they are hosted. That server sees an ordinary image request from your IP address, as it would if you opened the image yourself; OG Prism asks the browser not to send a referrer with it. - Check a live URL. When you use that box on the home page, your browser opens WebTraceCheck’s website audit in a new tab with the address you typed in the link. That address is then sent to WebTraceCheck, a separate site with its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent until you choose to open it.
- Links to other sites are ordinary links; following one takes you to that site.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or cross-site tracking and never receives what you type, paste or drop into the tools. Cloudflare also hosts the site and, like any web host, processes the technical data needed to deliver pages, such as IP addresses, in its logs.
Fonts and code
Fonts and scripts are served from this domain; no third-party font or script services are used apart from the analytics beacon above.
Changes
If the way the site handles data changes, this page will be updated first.
